Salmon Dinner Causes Illness - Coles Deepwater Plaza, Woy Woy New South Wales

Had a late dinner around 930 pm had steamed  salmon , and salad 4 hrs , only me , no one else in household , got stomach cramps around 2am restless then projectile vomit 3 times plus diarrhoea.
