Additional information: I ate some tenders in the evening around 9pm July 11th. They seemed old and were not as crispy as when I normally order them. After few hours I started having severe stomach pains as if I had swallowed rocks. Around 4am I began having liquid shoot out of me and have had nothing but liquid continue to come out of me, my head feels like someone is hammering nails into it, I'm shaking, have a 101.6 fever, and severe stomach pains still. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Shaking
