I bought a home-made salad with cous-cous, spinachs, falafell and hummus. After 5 hours I started to feel very nauseous, no other foods eaten. In the middle of the night, after about 12h diarrhea and vomiting. Continue vomiting at the next morning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
