Shrimp Salad Suspected Salmonella - Copper Door, Salem New Hampshire

Went to this location on a date with my mother for lunch. Ordered only the Green Goddess salad, added "shrimp"as my protein. Within 8 hours became incredibly nauseous. Last 72 hours, became very weak, went to urgent care at day 4. At day 6 went to my primary care physician, they confirmed what urgent care said, I have food poisoning likely salmonella. Did send a "contact us" to them but never heard back from anyone. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Weakness
