I had a regular Kit Kat hot chocolate and within 5 minutes of finishing it I felt really nauseous and strange. I got dizzy and I felt like I could faint, I was hot and my heart was pretty fast. My stomach also ached pretty bad. I was food shopping after the drink and couldn’t even stand looking or thinking about food because I felt so unwell. My friend said she used to work at here and the sugar and caffeine content is very high, I suspect that’s the issue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain
