I picked up a grilled chicken burrito from there for dinner late last night. I ate about 3/4 of it; I had not eaten anything since breakfast which was much earlier in the day. The rest of my family had dinner from somewhere else. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling ill but was luckily able to go back to sleep. But since waking up this morning, I have been extremely nauseous, have had continuous diarrhea and vomiting, stomach pain, headache, and chills. Nobody else in my family is sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
