ER Visit After Sandwich - Costco,

I had a turkey provolone sandwich and a few hours later I got stomach cramps, the shakes, I was sweating, I was vomiting and going diarrhea every 5 minutes for 3 hours. I couldn't stand, the place was dizzy. I had to be rushed to the ER and hooked up to an IV because of severe dehydration. I was in the hospital 8 hours. They took blood tests, a urine sample, catscan, etc. And I needed lots of medication. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps, Dizziness, Sweating
