Ice Cream Illness Report - Costco, Citrus Heights California

6/6/26 at 5:38, I purchased and ate a chocolate vanilla twist soft serve frozen ice cream from Costco’s food court. Soon afterwords, I started experiencing severe stomach cramps and pain. I had severe vomiting from 7pm until 11:30pm. Body chills, diarrhea and nausea continued into the next day. We’ve reported the issue to Costco this morning as soon as they opened. I would hate for anyone else to experience food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Diarrhea
