Hot Dog Illness Ordeal - Costco,

I had a hot dog from Costco foods and within the hour I started feeling really ill. I was 5 hours away from my home. ( I had traveled to Lancaster for a concert). I became very ill and ended up in the hospital. It was the sickest that I have ever been. just horrible. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
