Bought hot dog & frozen yogurt at deli approx.8:15 pm. At midnight I was hit with excruciating abdominal cramps for 45 min or so, felt like gas, progressively got worse and then diarrhea. Also felt nauseous but did not vomit. Cramping and diarrhea went on for over 2 hours. Next morning felt like I'd done 1000 sit ups my abdomen was so sore. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas, Soreness, Cramps
