I ate a salad consisting of spinach (organic River Ranch baby spinach) and KS almonds, both of which purchased the night before, nothing else on the salad at all, no dressing. 2h later at work, got violently sick for the next hr and a half. Gbye spinach and almonds!. Nothing else was different, just these freshly opened items. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
