Costco
Had some samples of polish sausage. 5 hours later became violently ill, throwing up repeatedly all night with a strange throbbing pain in my lower back by my kidneys. I'm finally not vomiting, but it's 12 hours later and I feel like I've been hit by a bus. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
