Seafood Salad Sample Illness - Costco,

Only sample I tried was a seafood salad with cracker. Was with my mother who hates seafood and tried all the others except this. Later that day I experienced extreme vomiting, diarrhea, high fever, sore muscles, severe stomach cramps. I was bed ridden for 2 days.
