Hot Dog Illness Hits - Costco,

Around 3 PM yesterday my friend's mom bought me a quarter-pound hot dog from Costco's Food Court... I didn't like it much but I still ate it, to be polite. About an hour or two later, my abdomen area started cramping bad and now I have a really high fever with chills and diarrhea ? ... Never again... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Chills
