Meatballs Cause Severe Illness - Costco, Watford England

On the 14th sept I had pasta with meatballs from there and I know I cooked it well because I slightly burnt it. The next morning at 8am I woke up feeling light headed and dizzy. Later on I felt sick and had the worst headaches. Around 1pm I was sick and started to have diarrhoea. In my sick was spots of blood too. I called my doctor and made an appointment. At the appointment, she told me I definitely had a fever and if the blood in my vomit kept happening I should call them back as soon as possible. Later on that evening I was sick again with blood and felt so light headed. The pains just were getting worse in my stomach. My mum called the hospital and they had me speak to paramedics and they said it sounds like I have food poisoning. I didn’t get any sleep last night due to constant stomach pains and diarrhoea. And today I’m still feeling them pains. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain, Bloody Stool, Dizziness, Lightheaded
