Almost everyone at our Christmas gathering got flu like symptoms ; severe vomiting, diarrhea , stomach cramps, chills, etc. A few of us ended up in ER from dehydration. We had multiple foods and deserts from Costco but we feel confident to pinning down to little hotdogs wrapped in crescent rolls that we all ate at least 1 or more of. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps, Chills
