Costco Hot Dogs Illness - Costco, Atlanta Georgia

1 year ago reported by user-rdbjr551 business

Costco Wholesale, 500 Brookhaven Ave, Atlanta, GA 30319, USA

500 Brookhaven Avenue, Atlanta, 30319 Georgia, United States

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: Costco big frank hot dogs
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: This stores ground beef (packaged in store) gave my partner and I food poisoning last year but were told it wasn't part of the large GA recall (around June 29). We both within an hour were toilet bound and vomiting for over a week. Recently we purchased the Costco brand big frank hot dogs, and we've been sick this past week. We ate them as our meals for about 2 days while we food prepped, so it couldn't have been anything else. We became sick pretty shortly afterwards but didn't realize it was from the hot fogs at first since we thought they were fine. Now I'm concerned this store is improperly packaging their foods which has been making people sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
