Second time in two weeks. The first time I thought it was bad lettuce but now I know it’s actually from Costco Frozen Yakisoba noodles. Had them for lunch the first time I got sick. Then thinking they weren’t the source, I had them for dinner tonight., Only myself. No one else in family has eaten them. Symptoms started after about 6 to 8 hours. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea
