Hot Dog Illness Outbreak - Food Court, Ann Arbor Michigan

My significant other and I purchased two of the hot dogs from their Food Court on January 20th, 2022. Approximately 6 hours later, I began violently vomiting along with diarrhea. The vomiting lasted 9 hours. My significant other began with the same symptoms this morning and has been continuously vomiting for the last 5 hours and hasn’t stopped yet. Their hot dog is the only thing that we ate that was the same. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
