I’m so glad that I stumbled across this site and read the other reviews on General Mills Morning Summit Cereal. I thought I was going crazy! Every time I eat it, I get intense heartburn, stomach cramps, bloating, and nausea. I haven’t vomited yet, but I always wish that I could to relieve the pressure. At first, I thought that this reaction had something to do with being pregnant. However, I’m no longer pregnant and still having these very unpleasant reactions after eating this cereal. I don’t have any known food allergies or sensitivities, but I decided to Google this cereal just to see what’s in it and what could possibly be causing this. I still haven’t found that answer, but I’m happy to have at least found solidarity in other people reporting the same thing. This is the only cereal that has ever made me feel this way. Scary to think what might be in it that’s causing such awful symptoms in so many of those who consume it… | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloating, Heartburn
