I was feeling fine, I picked up my daughter from dance and just before that I ate a Costco Disney Apple. About 30 mins later I started to feel well, a little nauseas and tired. I then started to get more symptomatic and started to have Increasing chills, nausea and aches. About an hour after injestiion, I had severe shakes, severe chills, and diarehea. I don’t know if an apple can cause this, but I don’t think there’s anything else that I ate that could of caused this. Actually, I did have Costco beef sausages for lunch, but so did my family and they are all ok. For now we are staying away from those apples. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Shaking
