After eating Costco Spring Mix with simple Olive Oil and Lemon for lunch I had all the classic symptoms for food poisoning later that night. Fortunately once I threw up the offending product my symptoms were reversed within several hours. Since that was the only thing I ate up to having the onset of symptoms the Costco Spring Mix is the highly likely culprit. Upon further review it seems that this type of product is well know vector for certain types of bacteria. I've purchased this product on previous occasions without incident I guess my luck just ran out. Needless to say its been removed from my grocery list... | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
