I ate a pear from a bag purchased at Costco at 12:30 am and symptoms of diarrhea, chills, fever, vomiting started at 3:30am. After six hours of symptoms, I went to the hospital and they admitted me and I was discharged after 4 days. I purchased a bag of pears on Thursday, March 5th at Costco in Norfolk, Virginia. I left them in original bag until Monday, March 9th, ate one at 12:30 am Tuesday. I've been hospitalized for four days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
