Pot Pie Causes Illness - Costco, Honolulu Hawaii

About 12 hours after eating a Marie Calendar's chicken pot pie (purchased from here) I woke up to stomach pains and some nasty diarrhea. I had to go every hour for about 12 hours.

I never vomited up any food. I did however vomit up any water I drank during that time.

36 hours after the first squerts started, I'm now able to drink water and hold it down. Additionally, my appetite still hasn't come back and I haven't had any food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
