Shopped at Costco Wednesday 21st of February bought a roasted chicken and bag of Baja salad , put some chicken on top of the salad , while eating I noticed some uncooked meat so I stopped eating it this was for lunch February 22nd, about midnight same day I started to get very nauseous for couple hours then starting violently puking all night along with severe stomach pain and diarrhea, I’m headed to hospital now as I can’t keep any water down | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
