One of two culprits: Costco Lehi,UT OR Smith's Lehi, deli SushiNov 6, 2018: Tuesday evening about 4:00 pm - purchased sushi plate from Smith's, Lehi, UT. Refrigerated overnight. Wife eats a separate sushi bowl. (wife does not become ill)
Nov 7, 2018, Wednesday: Daughter eats some of the sushi plate at about 2pm. I eat remainder of sushi plate about 5pm.
Nov 8, 2018, Thursday: Daughter and I both eat a Kirkland Brownie protein bar purchased form Lehi, Costco approximately two weeks prior.
9:44 pm daughter begins feeling nauseous; throws up all night; diarrhea goes with it.
2:00 am I feel sick; feel unwell most of the night and vomit 8 to 10 times within a 30 minute period around 7 am on November 9.
Wife never gets ill.
Vomiting and diarrhea were severe. Illness resolves within 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
