Costco Wholesale, North 205th Street, Shoreline, WA, USA

1175 North 205th Street, Shoreline, 98133 Washington, United States

Hi. We ate here last January 30 Monday. We ate pizza, churros and strawberry ice cream. And at the dawn of January 31 around 3am my toddler son experiencing a severe diarrhea and vomiting. Watery and non stop as well as my husband. We went to the ER and they saw a virus called norovirus. And they said it's from contaminated food or somewhere else. We don't eat anywhere that day than here. So I want to report it. We can give medical records if you need too. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Nothing good comes out of this particular Costco location.

It was probably Costco, but it could have just been on your shopping cart and one touch of the mouth it’s over. The stomach viruses are on many surfaces and live longer than most viruses. Purell won’t kill it. Only bleach solution and good hand washing hygiene. 40 seconds minimum.
