Canned Tuna Illness Persists - Costco, Turlock California

I bought a pack of canned tuna awhile ago, have had it in my cupboard and use for lunches sometimes. got down to the 2nd to last one and I most definitely experienced food poisoning with vomiting 2 hours later with diarrhea. Now 2 weeks later the stomach cramps, and nausea are back with a low grade fever, fatigue, dizziness, and lightheadedness.
