Undercooked Cookie Illness - Costco, Rohnert Park California

I recently ate at the Costco food court and ordered a hot dog and a cookie. It was my first meal at 6 pm, and my boyfriend also got a hot dog, but no cookie. I noticed the cookie was soft and a little bit undercooked, like a Crumbl Cookie. I started feeling symptoms the next morning at around 5 am | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
