We ate supper in the Costco deli around 6 pm. I had chili and my husband had pizza. I was fine until I woke up and had MAJOR cramping and pain in my stomach. Diarrhea started at 11am and vomiting started at 1pm. Did both multiple times. My husband is not sick but I am, so the chili seems to be the likely cause. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
