Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
Suspected source: Salmon filet
Onset: Right away
Duration: Several days
Additional information: Ate ONLY the filet at 6:10 p.m. 12/28/2024, violent vomiting and diarrhea started 6:30 p.m. Fluid loss MEASURED >2L.

Did go to Urgent Care. Cipro prescribed as salmon can continue wreaking havoc on intestines. Drinking multiple electrolyte replenishment products. Will never eat salmon again. Reported to health dept. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
