I have the Caesar salad for lunch today at the Costco off of Tech Center Drive in Poway California. A couple short hours after I had nausea chills diarrhea and I vomited 4 times. I'm not sure if it was the lettuce in a salad or the chicken. My whole family has been on the same diet and we've had every single meal the same except for lunch today and I'm the only one sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
