One evening, my husband and I ate Costco fries and chicken strips. 4 hours later, he experienced stomach pains and vomited twice after another hour. Then I also experienced stomach aches and then I began vomiting. I didn't stop. Every half hour. I vomited a total of 9 times at home and then went to the ER because I couldn't keep even water down and I vomited another 5 times there before they told me I had severe food poisoning. They gave me anti-nausea medication and a bag of fluids through an IV drip. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
