For the last month after buying two double packs of Plain Cheerios for breakfast use, I’ve been constantly bloated and burping. I eat Cheerios everyday for breakfast and have for 5 years. Never a problem until now after opening a new box. The worst was last week with two days of severe stomach pain, low grade fever, diarrhea, burping and two days in bed. I only use with oat milk.
