My boyfriend and I went shopping at Costco yesterday and all today we are violently ill, throwing up and completely incapacitated. Sampled quiche, tamales, and spinach dip on crackers. Also drank Sierra Mist from fountain, ate hot dogs and churro. It is so bad, I'm never going to eat at Costco again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
