I bought rotisserie chicken at this particular location. I had it for dinner on March 9th midnight, and ever since the meal, I had extreme case of diarrhea and bloating stomach while constantly burping terrible smell. The chicken was pink with trace of blood inside. On March 10th, I’ve gone to the washroom for more than 15 times, on March 11th, I’ve gone for more than 15 times as well. Today I am still feeling quite bad. My body would feel cold and shivering, and since the morning I’ve gone to the washroom like 6 times already. My girlfriend also felt unwell like me. I went to the store asking for explanation on March 11th, while feeling extremely uncomfortable still. The store manager (I don’t know his exact title), besides telling us fill out a report form, was being very skeptical of our situation. He might believe the sickness was caused by other things we had even though we’ve specially told him this is the last thing we had. Furthermore, he kept bringing up that I’m not the member, in which my girlfriend is the member. I’ve only spoken to him because my girl isn’t too proficient in English. He kept saying I’m not the member therefore they can only speak to the member This is unbelievably arrogant and clueless. If anyone who had Costco’s product and got seriously injured, Costco is definitely responsible regardless the user is a member or not, especially when it comes to food safety. Although he promised his manger would call us today, once we missed one call from him in the morning (he also only called 1 number but we out down 2 numbers), we called back multiples times and no one picked up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating, Burping
