Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Either hot tubs or food here
Onset: Not sure
Duration: One Week
Additional information: I saw another report stated they tested positive for salmonella from same resort, dated a day before my arrival. I was never tested, but got a diagnosis of food poisoning and given azithromycin. I was very dehydrated due to severe diarrhea. Still experiencing symptoms, but antibiotic has improved them. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
