Resort Stay: Salmonella Outbreak - Couples Tower Isle, Ocho Rios St. Ann Parish

July 2022, A group of 6 of us had traveled here for a week. We only ate food inside the resort and did not drink any water that wasn't bottled. Within 1 day of returning home, all of us were having severe abdominal pain and diarrhea accompanied but fevers and chills. One in our group was even nauseous and vomiting. A few of us were nauseous accompanied by dizziness. Two of our friends went to the doctors office and were told it was salmonella. Another in our group had to go to the emergency room for IV hydration and abtibiotics. This took place the 1st week of July 2022. We stayed at couples from June 28th- July 4th of 2022. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain
