Family Sick After Resort Stay - Hotel, The Lime Saint George

Wife became ill (vomitting and diarrhea) 24 hours after arriving at the resort and drinking/eating only from the resort (all inclusive). Doctor called and adminstered anti-nausea injection. Young son also became ill the following day (vomitting only) having switched mostly to bottled water from supermarket but still eating resort food and some resort ice in drinks. Hard to know cause, could be water or food although husband had similar intake and had not become ill. Resort notified although unclear if any action was taken to check food/drink. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
