Wife became ill (vomitting and diarrhea) 24 hours after arriving at the resort and drinking/eating only from the resort (all inclusive). Doctor called and adminstered anti-nausea injection. Young son also became ill the following day (vomitting only) having switched mostly to bottled water from supermarket but still…
