My 17 year old son ordered family catch, which included crab legs and crawfish. He started throwing up two hours later and is quite sick today making frequent trips to the bathroom and feeling horrible. Not happy about this. He was the only one that ate the food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ma'am this is the manager from Crab Du Jour. You called us yesterday and after telling you to seek medical attention I haven't heard back from you as now my concern grows. While speaking to you yesterday I informed you that plenty of the foods that you ate were served yesterday and no other complaints were made. In order for us to help you we need proper documentation from your doctor to ensure that it is not a common illness related to this time of year so that we can better assist you with your concerns. Please reach back out to me so that together we can remedy all your concerns.
Maam this is the manager at Crab du jour. I am concerned after speaking with you yesterday about your concerns of food poisoning. After asking you to provide proper documentation about this illness you discontinued communication with us. This is very concerning due to nobody else having been sick while consuming the same seafood. Please provide us with the doctors diagnosis so we can together remedy this issue. Thank you
My son was sick for three days from your food. Why spend $150 going to the doctor to confirm what I already know. Food poisoning is totallly different from having a cold or not feeling well. The person who spoke with us at your restaurant had a don'[t give a rip attitude. I would have ended up with a doctor bill on top of wasting $70 on the initial purchase of the food.
