Cheese Suspected in Illness - Walmart, Wausau Wisconsin

Bought a block of sharp cheddar Cracker Barrell cheese last Sunday (2-4-2024). Had a few slices off of it Sunday night. Monday morning I woke up with a horrible nausea feeling, vomiting violently and violent diarrhea. Ended up in the hospital from severe dehydration issues, released and told it was a stomach bug. Was okay on Wednesday (2-7-2024) and better on Thursday 2-8-2024. Had some more of the cheese on Thursday night, Friday same scenario, in the emergency room for the same symptoms, same diagnosis, stomach virus. The only common factor is the cheese, which of course I threw out | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
