Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 4:30 p.m., I ordered the special for that day: Chicken and rice with mushrooms. I had not eaten anything all day. The dish had a slight liver smell. I was so hungry and did not think much of it. At 1:00 a.m., I barely made it to the bathroom with projectile vomiting that smelled like liver. I had the liver taste in my mouth. After I emptied my stomach from vomiting. I was ok. This morning, I called the restaurant to report the food poisoning. | Symptoms: Vomiting
