I ordered my food online. I went to pick up my food. I know they have long wait times so I showed up 3 mins later. I told them I had a pick up order. The girl said ok and didn’t even look at the bags behind her. I sat down & the other lady said I’m sorry here’s your food. I drove home which is 8 mins away. I ate 4 or 5 shrimp out of my food and started to feel sick. I closed u the food and had had to immediately lay down. About 30 mins after I had to throw up. I kept throwing up. It was so bad that I felt like I was gonna pass out. I slept in my restroom due to vomiting. It was the only thing I ate that day. I am on day 2 and still cannot hold down any liquids. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
