Cream of Wheat Illness - Winn Dixie, Dunnellon Florida

Yesterday I ate several spoons full of cream of wheat. New box. Brown. Smelled funny. I bought two boxes. Opened second box, looked the same as first box and I ate a couple of spoon fulls. Brown. Smelled funny. Threw both boxes out. Today have headache, temperature of 100.9, freezing than burning up. Would like to throw up but haven't. Slept a lot today. Next day edit. I have COPD and today my left lung hurts | Symptoms: Headache, Nausea, Fever
