I was with family all week, no one was sick or got sick that week or anytime after. I left home and stopped at Culver's. I was by myself and got a double burger. Once I arrived at my destination I ate more food with other family. In bed that night it came on strong. Heavy commuting and diarrhea. Vomited 7 times in 7 hours and diarrhea at least twice that much. Ended up in Er dehydrated. Severe stomach cramps and could not get any relief. I was around many people who are the same food as me except the Culver's and no one else in my family got sick either both from where I left or where I arrived. The only distinguishing factor was me eating at Culver's that night. I was the only one who did that and the only one who got sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
