at Culver's in Casa Grande, AZ on 3-1-24 at 3 PM. Picked up Walleye sandwich at Drive thru. After eating 3/4 of sandwich thru up forcefully 4 times. I have receipt and called Manager, did not seem to help me at the time. Not sure, but this was the only food I had since morning. I did errands and never felt sick before i ate this food. I have not heard back from anyone after I reported to the Manager of the store. I am elderly but can live on my own. This vomiting was so violent my neck and arm hurt all night.
