Suspected source: Burger at Culvers tasted like fish a bit..cross contamination
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: I almost died..passed out and choked on puke ..asphyxiation | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
