Russell Stover Dark Chocolate CoconutOn 10/2/23 I had 3 of the sugar free Russell Stovers Coconut Chocolates. Basically they advertise as sugar free, but use Maltitol Syrup, which now I know is unhealthy & effect blood glucose levels. I have had diverticulitis 8 months ago, and the feel after eating this candy was Far Worse than even that. Within an hour I was so ill, and there were numerous sounds going through my intestines. I had diarrhea twice in a row, felt dizzy and if I was able- would have sought medical help. I had so much gas, it went on & on. When I laid down, I put a hot water bottle on my stomach. The next morning, I still felt bloated, gassy and all day drinking only Green Tea. This is a horrible product. I had no idea that maltitol was so dangerous on the gastrointestinal system!!! Shame shame shame on Russell Stover!!!! You are missing an important warning label!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas, Bloating, Dizziness
