- comments: observed two small holes at the corner of the ceiling and on the wall in the janitor closet/furnace room off the kitchen area. Instructed to repair/cover and maintain. Observed missing overhead ceiling tiles in the storage closet by the conference/computer room area. Instructed to provide and maintain.
